During my recent visit to the store with my husband, we were impressed by both the customer service and the variety of products available. Our primary goal was to find suitable hiking shoes. Upon arrival, a thorough foot analysis was conducted.

Road Runner Sports staff member Michel V. was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient. That was MAYBE the third time in my life when I didn’t feel like I was taking too long and wasting the staff’s time. Even the store manager Madi joined the conversation and showed me a lacing technique to stop heal slip.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They were willing to sift through newly arrived unpacked merchandise to locate a trail shoe we had hoped to find. Turned into a sale at the store that only happen due to their willingness to go beyond the norm.

Roadrunner was recommended by family for our teenage sons (14 and 11) to get solid supportive shoes. We were very overwhelmed at first but Rachel was so helpful and sweet. She listened to what our boys needed and was very accommodating.
