I had a great experience at Road Runner Sports. Even though I arrived only 20 minutes before closing and the store was very busy, the staff was attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found what I needed without making me feel rushed.
Amazing selection but what really shines here is the service. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly people here - it feels like they really want to help make sure you get exactly what you need. Also very impressed that they stand behind what they sell.
Wonderful staff! Every time my family and I have gone everyone has been helpful and patient. Staff make great recommendations and are so friendly. Shout out to Claudia for helping me find the best running and walking shoes.
Grace not only presented a warm and welcome environment to the store, she was able to explain very well the changes that had been made in the insole molding procedure to me very easily 10/10
