I’ve been looking into getting running shoes but didn’t know where to start or what shoes I would be interested in. Heard of the store RoadRunner and decided to drag my mom and sister along. Immediately greeted by the friendly staff and she helped us get in a queue to get all of feet scanned.

As a thriller and romance author and a longtime runner, I’ve been shopping at Road Runner Sports for more than 26 years, and it’s still the best running store in San Diego. This location is huge and has one of the best selections of running shoes and gear you’ll find anywhere.

OK. Road Runner Sports provides customer service on different levels. One can try on shoes from the display walls, with help from a well-trained fitter. Lloyd was fantastic! He was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful about every shoe I had interest in (and that was recommended). We didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything. He genuinely offered his expertise to help me and my partner find the best shoe.
