I had such a great experience at Road Runner Sports store in Kent that I came back again, this time with my son. Just like my first visit, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit rather than just making a sale.

Hanna was friendly, very helpful, and knew so much! The store itself looked clean and well-presented. I left with shoes I'm eager to run in, and a head full of great information about shoes and nearby races. The next time I need running gear, this is the first place I'll think of.

Had a very quick and easy shopping experience in picking up some shoes for a birthday gift. I told the customer service rep, Hannah , what I needed she got me the information I needed to make the decision, ordered and on my way.

This was a great shoe-buying process. Hanna provided great customer service, answered all my questions, and helped me find the right shoe/size/width for what I needed across multiple brands. It's the most detailed fitting I've ever had for shoes, and it's worth it.
