I had the best experience going into road runners today. I’ve never taken the step or time to go get fitted for proper insoles or walking shoes, and I went in there because I was having pain and discomfort from my long walks.

I bought a pair of shoes from Road Runner for my friend about a month ago. After wearing them for a while, she felt they were too narrow and uncomfortable. We called the store, and to our surprise, they said even worn shoes could still be exchanged or returned.

I saw an ad on TV about this place. I have a major issue with shoes. So I decided to go and get the right shoes for my feet since I walk a lot I have to be comfortable. The staff is super friendly. They acknowledged me like a dozen times with his long the wait would be.

Customer service was top tier! I was greeted while browsing shoes and Grace was so helpful with getting me fitted. Her recommendations were excellent and she was very knowledgeable. I was looking for a walking shoe for my Japan trip and I’m excited for these New Balance Fresh Foam 880s with my custom insoles!
