Blown away by this place!! Drove up from COS after seeing the reviews and didn't regret it at all. I looked at a few shoes and one of the staff came over and offered assistance. She measured my feet, had me try on a pair of shoes, and sent me to the treadmill to evaluate my gait.
I so appreciate the staff at Castle Rock, as well as Parker RNK locations. Lisa in Castle Rock spent significant time assessing my foot behavior as I walked and tried different shoe options, working with me to find the best one. As CR was out of the size that I needed in the best shoe option for me, she coordinated.
Shop Local! I recently completed my 1st marathon and RNK helped me find the perfect shoes for training and race day. I have very narrow feet so I struggled to find shoes that wouldn’t cause blisters. Always love supporting local and they went above and beyond to help !
Great customer service. Took my daughter in for track shoes. Staff was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with her. Will be a return customer.
