Called in with some questions. Hannah went above and beyond. Helped save me from all the shock drop bots, second hand scalpers and online grifters. The kind of customer service I experienced over a simple phone call was once common place because brick and mortar shops knew how important it was.

I don’t usually take the time to write about my experiences but when it’s pleasant every time I visit, it deserves my time. I’ve had nothing but great interactions and conversations with people who work at this store. They are always knowledgeable and welcoming.

Greetings from Miami! All i jave to say is, Great customer service! I reached out to the store and spoke with Oscar about my interest in purchasing a new release Nike Shoe. Oscar was open about the inventory and his uncertainty of the shoe being currently avaliable until its official launch.
