My family has been loyal "Very Happy" customers for 3 generations with the Kevin (Owner) & John Thompson (His Dad). They have the best shoes in town and know more about feet than anyone in the region, including the doctors.
Went into Queen City Running Company looking for a good pair of hiking boots. I do think this store will be my favorite shoe store from now on. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and came up with just what I was looking for.
This was my first time purchasing orthotics and the staff was amazing!! They took the time to find the perfect shoe for my feet. I learned so much and how important proper footwear is when you are active. John was super helpful and explained everything in detail. I highly reeccomend this locally owned business!
The best place to buy shoes ever! Staff was super friendly and patient at making sure myself and daughter got the right shoe for us! I wasn't crazy about the color of Hoka's they had in stock for me so they ordered me what I liked. Very clean store and amazing service. Love that they carry Hoka's!
