I don't love shoe shopping, I'm hard to fit because of my baby bunion and narrow feet. In stepped Daniel, an amazing fitter who knows the merchandise. For years I've worn a certain status trainer/gym shoe that's made overseas. I've noticed recently that the quality has declined while their prices rose.

A very nice shoe store, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nestled in a gorgeous old world neighborhood! We stopped just to look, burn some time but found a great pair of Hokas at a fair price that I couldn’t pass up. Highly recommend for shoppers looking for top brands in a low pressure environment!

The staff at Orleans Shoe (on Chartres Street in the French Quarter) are exceptional-- they are knowledgeable about the shoes in the store, understand the issues many of us have with our feet (plantar fasciitis for me), and can recommend the best shoes for our needs.

Received an incredible amount of help with trying on and deciding what shoes to get. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There were a very good selection of shoe options as well as for those with wide feet. Would recommend the location in the French Quarter to both locals and tourists.
