Outstanding customer service! Allen took the time to walk me through all of the available options for new models and the cost of repairing some old models. He even took the time to hand deliver the claim receipt to my car out in the cold when I mistakenly left it in the store. Excellent experience at The Vac Shop!

Went in looking for a new upright vacuum something better than a Dyson. Donald helped me pick out an upright vacuum that was perfect for my needs and functional to use. Plus I get the benefit of supporting a small local business that can fix my vacuum if it breaks. Was sold a Titan T3600.

We needed to replace an old vacuum cleaner and Allen was able to provide us with a quality replacement. He showed us how to use the new vacuum cleaner and was helpful on the experience.
