On Flagship Store NYC Flatiron

I had a great experience visiting the On Flagship Store in Flatiron. The store is modern, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the different shoe models. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to explain the differences between styles and helping me find the right fit.

This is a huge ON store that has so much inventory and variety of products, including shoes, apparels and accessories. Being the flagship store, they have done an amazing job of integrating modern designs throughout the store.

Tea, who was a store staff, recommended commuting shoes. Sometimes other staff recommend expensive products for sale, but she explained and helped me with which model would suit me best. If I need other shoes, I want to come here again <33333

The staff at this location is incredibly helpful. Carlos, in particular, was patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through 4–5 different models to find the right fit. To be thorough, he even brought in his colleague Yaya for a fresh perspective.
