I can’t say enough good things about the North Wales Running Company. Scott and his team are true runners who really understand shoes, training, and the needs of every customer who walks through the door.

I’ve been to North Wales Running Company twice for shoes. I have really high arches and deal with recurring plantar fasciitis. Both times the staff was incredible with their assessment and help picking out running shoes. They give you plenty of options to evaluate and let you take your time to try them out and decide.

Service was fast, friendly and accommodating. They took the time to observe how I stand and walk to suggest shoe options. Many many options were brought out with patience and enthusiastically, low pressure but constant service. Highly recommended!

OMG amazing customer service. My hubby needed a specific shoe based on a recommendation from his ortho doctor. I called Doylestown Running Company first and they did not carry it - good bye- no offer to find us a comparable brand or offer a suggestionas to where to go.
