New Balance Winston-Salem

This is my second time at the store and my second purchase of the New Balance 9060’s. The first pair for my daughter in October and the second for myself today.

I always enjoy coming here shopping for my shoes. New balance is the only shoes I wear, so this is a must stop in shop for me. The staff are always friendly and courteous, professional and caring and always patient. It's really enjoyable you come and shop with no pressure.

Love the staff at this location. Very friendly and helpful. Great with kids to make it a fun experience to pick high-quality 👟 shoes. Great clothing and workout gear as well. The store is also ♿ handicap accessible with entrances, parking, and aisles.

I came in the store yesterday looking for the new balance 997 but they unfortunately didn’t have them. However, the guy that informed me of this didn’t just brush me off because they didn’t have any in stock, instead he offered me some options to finding them and even gave his personal opinion on the shoe as he owned…

Popped in today to get some new sneakers for myself and my wife - Kurt who looked after me had great NB knowledge and went out of his way to be helpful. Really made my shopping experience way better than expected and I picked up some lovely 990’s that I can’t find in the UK.
