New Balance Virginia Beach

I haven't had such a great experience at a store in such a long time since being in Virginia. Nick went above and beyond to assist a mom and child. My child is awkward and well so am I, Nick is personable and more than accommodating. And honest! Great experience, I will be back. My kid loves his shoes.

Upon entering we were greeted by the staff. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with our needs. They had a good selection of shoes along with apparel. The store was very organized and clean. Cody, one of the employees went up and above when helping us. Wife bought a pair of shoes and a cap.

Staff was amazing. Im currently in M880’s and the rep gave me multiple options. That included NB online, switching to other brands that Ive run in, and another local running store if they didn’t have the color of shoe I liked currently in the store. Talk about NO PRESSURE!!

Very kind staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Employees gave me space and time to browse the inventory before asking if I needed help. It is nice to not feel rushed or pressured. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable about the shoes they offer and their pronation type.
