New Balance Upper West Side

DO NOT HESITATE TO COME TO THIS STORE!!! I was in need of new running sneakers so decided to buy some in person rather than online! The staff are beyond courteous, ESPECIALLY STAMPS!!! He was so knowledgeable, patiently answered EVERY question I had, and really made me feel comfortable!

Went during the opening week and they had a free Photo Booth, really cute, worth checking if this is still available. Nice clean location, lots of new shoes, very well put together. Nice shopping experience just a shame they didn’t have any smaller women’s sizes.

I've been wanting a pair of new balances for a while but the styles and sizes had me all confused. I knew ai needed to go see them in person and boy am I glad I ended up at the new balance store on the upper west side because the staff there is amazing.

I just wanted a new set of my current shoes and everyone in there helped me figure out what I had and got me on my way! Everyone was so friendly and the store itself was very clean and well-organized.
