Very clean and modern sneaker store, the customer service was great. The young lady that works there was very helpful and courteous, she was very bubbly and cool.

I went to return my sneakers and to find another type of sneaker that would be a better fit. The staff working there pay close attention to detail. I called before going and was informed about the selections available. Once I arrived I was attended by Isabella.

A few years ago, I walked into the New Balance store at 1172 Third Avenue between 68th & 69th Street. The store was pretty crowded but within seconds of picking up a sneaker on a display rack, Ariana came over and after checking my shoe size, returned with a great fitting pair of sneakers.
