Steve is the most patient salesperson in the world. He was very kind to my mom and very understanding. I would reccomment asking for him when you walk in to New Balance Smithhaven

I was recommended to the Lake Grove New Balance store by my orthotist as I need to use a leg brace post spine surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of Steve, the salesman who assisted me in not only purchasing the correct sneakers I needed but helping me ensure they were sized correctly.

I have been at this New Balance store in the past but personal attention was definitely needed since I was informed that I had to wear an ankle brace to reduce the pain I had been experiencing. Steve not only listened to my special needs but after patiently and carefully helping me.

Had a great experience bringing my kids in today. The staff was professional and took the time to really analyze what type of shoes each child should wear, as well as what to avoid.

I recently visited the New Balance store and had the pleasure of being helped by Nick. He was the only associate working at the time and was managing multiple customers like a pro. Despite being so busy, he still made every interaction feel personal and unhurried.
