Always a stellar experience! This store is the reason I go to Evergreen Walk. Staff members are extremely knowledgeable about inventory and specifically tailor shoe and insert selection to my individual needs. (I have extra-wide feet and they always have shoes to accommodate my needs.

Where do I start? We having been buying sneakers here for many many years. We would not go anywhere else. Mike and Damian and the entire staff that we have dealt with over the years have taken the time to make sure we are in the correct sneakers for our feet.

Picked up two pairs of the 960 from New Balance, and yeah… no regrets. Crazy comfortable right out of the box, perfect cushioning, and super supportive—your feet feel hugged, not smothered 😄. Great for long days, lots of walking, or just living life without foot drama.

The staff here is beyond kind. Went here, and the employees were helpful, kind, and nonjudgmental. They have a full service where they put the shoes on for you, and I wasn't expecting that, but the employee made me feel comfortable. The shoes here are of amazing quality and wide-foot friendly.
