New Balance

Their new balance shoe causes my toes to go numb. They wouldn't return or replace the shoe....due to their policy of not caring! New balance SICKS!

The customer service at New Balance in Santa Monica is excellent!! I’ve had superb experiences every single time I’ve visited or called with questions. Most recently, I came in about a possible shoe defect that I didn’t immediately notice.

Service at the store is always exceptional. New Balance products are pricey but worth it. A pair of 990s will last me a year. My replaced knees have never been happier 😂

Saturday, 07/26, afternoon. Nicole was just excellent and made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. She was able to take care of us while taking care of other customers and was so patient and welcoming. I bought the new Balance 530, and my mom got the 327. The atmosphere is relaxed and chill.

Obviously, you’re not going to get as wide as selection going in person than you would shuffling through photos of shoes on their site However, the staff was very good. Very attentive and helpful. I like being able to hold in touch the product before purchasing it and I actually went in for one pair and I bought two.
