While a small store their selection gives you a choice of styles and fits. The staff and service was second to none. From excellent knowledge of their products to analysis of my arch they helped me select a shoe that fit me wonderfully. They listened to my feedback and adjusted their suggestions appropriately.

I have been coming to this stores for many years. Every single time I have came into this store I feel like I am valued. They are always helpful and make suggestions. These shoes last, unlike many other expensive brands. My kids are rough on their shoes and most other brands fall apart after a few months.

We've been coming here for about 2 years. My both my kids have flat feet and new balance was recommended by their Dr. So I found this New Balance near us and got a thorough sizing. Customer service has always been welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store and the shoes!!! Thanks guys!!!

My dad and I have purchased our shoes at this location for years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. We have moved away from the area but since they keep accurate records, all it takes is a phone call and new shoes are on the way. Excellent customer service!!
