Very helpful and friendly. Informed us of an additional New Balance coming to the outlet.

When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by the staff. This seemingly unimportant action truthfully means a lot to me. After browsing the store for a few minutes, Joe kindly and effectively helped me try on some shoes. Unfortunately, they did not have my size in the store in the shoe I wanted.

I stopped by the New Balance store to ask about a model that isn’t available yet. The staff gave me a clear answer and useful information. Thanks for the help — it’s great to see how knowledgeable the employees are about the brand!

Jaylon waited on us to help us find the right shoes to fit over a new ankle brace. He was patient, kind, and pulled out about 10 pairs of shoes. Helping us get them on over the boot and lacing them up each time. Quality help!

We were sent over from the UNC specialty center for pediatrics to get some wide/extra wide toddler shoes for our son cause the regular new balance were still a little too tight with his orthotics. Karen did a PHENOMENAL job finding us what we needed and helping us compare what fit our kiddo best.
