New Balance North Shore

I had the best experience at New Balance in HP yesterday. Salesman Colin was so patient with me for over an hour to find the perfect fit walking shoes.

Oliver was super helpful in finding shoes for my boys. My 9 year old has inserts and needs shoes for them. We also got a pair for my 6 year old. I just wish the store did a better job of answering their phones.

Great staff, great help! Had to return and I was five minutes to close they took me in no complaints nothing but smiles. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Really nice went to return shoes that where to small. Very helpful staff. Couldn't find my shoes so they ordered them for me and had them delivered to my house. So it was easy.

Visited during the annual Highland Park sidewalk sale so when I say the staff was extremely helpful and courteous under extreme circumstances I'm not exaggerating. I've always found the selection to be varied and provides my family with many choices.
