New Balance Merrillville

I bought myself a pair of NB 327’s. I didn’t even know that Merrillville had a New Balance store. They have a huge variety of shoes and clothing.

My experience at the New Balance Store in Merrillville was very positive. Received excellent customer service from the staff - they were welcoming from the time I walked in. I spoke to Nicky & let him know I was looking for a good walking shoe.

Excellent, excellent service. My family recently bought me their top of the line walking shoe for a birthday. Turns out the 13 I'd worn for years doesn't work in the new hi tech shoe (I also now have an older guy arthritic nob on top of a big toe). No problem! 14 was in stock.

They were under construction so the area in the store was just up front. Still, the woman there was great with my kids. She did a 3D scan of my daughter's feet and we found out she had been wearing shoes that were four sizes too small. I highly recommend going here over just ordering shoes online.

What a fantastic experience! First time in a new balance store. Received gift card ! The knowledge of the staff! Fabulous! The response my body is having with these shoes phenomenal! Why hasn’t any of my doctors suggested better shoes before!!
