Rachel Walters's level of customer service was impeccable! Her service was seamless. She helped me get the Black 928v3 and insoles with grace and ease. Who knows getting a pair of New Balance could be enjoyable?!?! She is professional yet personable.

The staff at this store is nothing short of phenomenal! Declan, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained which shoes would be the best for me and why. He was very courteous and gave me undivided attention while I was shopping. Thanks to Declan, I walked out with two great pairs of shoes.
