I've been buying shoes at this location for five years or so, an I've gotten spoiled! You don't know what customer service is until you've experienced a New Balance store.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff! I went to the store this Saturday with my NB 860v8 which I lobe. I've used NB most of my adult life but I hadn't been to any stores in GA. When I walked in I was greeted by Emily. I mentioned that I wanted to check my foot for changes.

This store should be a case study on what good customer service looks like. I have bought several shoes from the store, and the team is always courteous and helpful. New Balance also carries extra wide sizing and the added flexibility/accommodation really goes a long way.

Store is clean and comfortable with plenty of options on hand, but the real reason for this review is an employee named Quinn.
