New Balance Granger

Great experience at the New Balance store today! The staff was super helpful and really knew their stuff. Got fitted in no time and out the door with my new shoes.

My son recently got braces for his feet, and we needed to get him fitted for special shoes. From the moment we walked in to the New Balance store in Granger to the time we left, Ty went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We tried several different shoe styles before we found the right one.

I had a wonderful Experience at the new balance store. I am slightly insecure about shoe sizing because I dont know what size I really am and what kind of shoe i really need. Rhianon was very helpful in making me feel comfortable measuring my foot and 3d modeling the preasure points of my feet.

Macy took great care of me I needed new work shoes my other ones were so tight they gave me issues. Macy was so patient with me we did the foot scan and the step test and it was so helpful in helping me choose the correct style and comfort level specific to my foot! She measured my foot and brought me 2 options.

My son needed shoes to fit around his braces and i felt like they brought every shoe from the back till we got a pair that was perfect. It was also few mins till closing and they acted as if it was alright and still provided great customer service. That also made me buy a pair for myself and my girlfriend also...
