New Balance

I had to return shoes I had purchased online. The sales person was very knowledgeable. I also traded in some old new balance shoes and they gave me a $10 credit!

Thankful for the staff in Farmington Hills. Dave, Jake, and others have served me, my family and a few friends for years now with all attention & knowledge necessary. I can only wear certain supportive shoes. I'm super thankful Jake worked with me until we found shoes that hadn't made it to the store yet.

This store is really nice and clean. The employees are super professional! I am impressed.

Those who walk upon the widest of feet rejoice for here is a shoe store for us! I am sure that they have shoes for people with normal feet but I am an edge case and of you are too you know the frustration of looking at a wall of shoes knowing none will fit you. The New Balance store is a first class expirience.

I went to New Balance 5/27/2023 and had a wonderful experience. First off, New Balance has the best stability shoes EVER the 860s. I decided to try the Vongos because they are like the 860's but with more cushioning. We had an employee named Larry who went above and beyond the call of duty to help my wife and I.
