Worst customer service. All I wanted was different size. No receipt. Answer is just no. Been loyal to new balance for decades. Never again

Great variety of shoes, would have gave a 5 star but wide width selection of shoe was slim, staff was very helpful and attentive, searched other areas to find me shoes I was looking for. Thank you! Need to increase stock on wide width shoes.

The customer service here was great. The sales staff showed us the shoe we we're looking for and a couple of other walking shoes as well. Then they kind of let us do our own thing but were close enough that when we looked around it was easy to catch someone's eye.

Great prices, great selection, competitive prices, customer service is great. It is a little off putting to be talked to about making sure I wear my mask properly, like I was a teenager getting a stern lecture fom my dad. But, other than that. Great experience.

Love the store and the prices. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was able to take full advantage of the sale going on. Nice selection of shoes in all sizes and a variety of clothing options to choose from, will definitely be back again
