New Balance Factory Store

Wonderful shoe store! I personally wear New Balance shoes and they are super comfortable! This store is great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! An employee answered my questions and helped me out. Also, they have an amazing selection of shoes and some other comfy clothes.

Clean store with a large selection of New Balance shoes for men, women and kids. Great value and deals. Decent inventory of normal sizes. Limited inventory of large and wide shoes. Self service but wandering staff who ask if you need assistance. Some clothing but not a large selection.

So I came to the store on Sunday around 12 o’clock the store was very busy. Although they just opened, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. A young lady “Kayla” was very helpful, professional and sweet. She assisted me with my purchase and New balance is lucky to have her working there.

Wonderful shoe buying experience. The staff was knowledgeable and able to point me towards the right items for my specific shoe needs. Highly recommend this store and the wonderful employees that truly care about their customers.
