Cheaper than big river footware. I've been going to big river for 20 years since they held the new balance name but since they rebranded thier prices went up. This store helped me the second I walked in and had me checking out 5 minutes later.
Robert and Megan were so helpful and I was there a month ago and didn’t buy at that time and they treated me the same way. We will spread the good customer service. Great employees, nice presentable clean bright store and good music. Love New Balance shoes.
We had the best experience! They took care of an issue caused by a different New Balance store. We were going to have to drive over 3 hours to the other store but they figured out a way to fix it here in Jenks.
