New Balance Factory Store Tannersville

Meh deals, prices aren't really great. Bought a pair of New Balance 880 sneakers at Marshalls for $59 the day before, at the New Balance Factory Store? $119

I recently visited the New Balance Factory Store and had a mixed experience. The store offers a decent selection of footwear, which my husband particularly appreciates. He always finds styles he likes and has had great success shopping here. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience pleasant.

Husband loves new balance shoes and he found 3 pairs he liked. They didn’t carry a few of the style I was looking for. For an outlet store, I felt the prices were $20-40 higher than what we normally pay in department stores. But grandson and hubby are happy.

Not a big store, mostly shoes with a few apparel and accessories, but great staff and friendly service. I needed two pair of sandals for my kids unfortunately they only had one pair in their size in stock, but the staff person suggested I order through the store and have it delivered to my home.

Heather was friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful. She knew exactly where the style of New Balance sneakers I was looking for were located in the store and helped find the 2 sizes I needed. Clean store and excellent customer service! Thanks Heather for making my shopping experience wonderful.
