New Balance Factory Store St. Augustine

I like new balance shoes but I think they need to bring more products in this branch

The staff at this store is Awesome! 2 associates went out of they’re way to assist me with sizing and finding the right shoe. I was indecisive and they were patient. Everyone was knowledgeable about the different 99x series and if they didn’t have the shoe I was offered to have them ordered.

The staff who helped me had only started 3 weeks ago, she was friendly and helpful. I came in looking for the supercomp but wasn’t available, and she suggested another pair instead and then went to the back to find my size, I ended up buying them. Really appreciated the effort

Nice outlet store. Experienced, helpful sales people. Well stocked, very clean. Located close to main entrance of the mall.
