I had a fantastic experience (Christmas Eve) at the New Balance outlet! Kirsten, one of the associates, went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pair of shoes for my daughter. My daughter requires ample support in her footwear, and Kirsten was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive.
I can’t say enough about the gentleman that helped us. I have been suffering foot pain for months. He helped me find a good pair of shoes with good support for my wide, high instep feet. My mobility has improved tremendously. Think his name was Johnathan but this is a week later. Thanks again.
