Small Store packed with Canadians looking for a good deal. I only wear New Balance Shoes. None better for people with wide feet. I'll be back.

Kind staff and customer service. Even though it is an Outlet, it is expensive. Could you consider decreasing the price? Very clean place, wheelchair accessible, Covid 19 prevention measures in place.

Store was not crowded but I went in on a monday in the morning. Plenty of staff and a big wall of clearance items. I got some $70 dollar shoes for $40. Trying on shoes is allowed. Trying these shoes because a ward of nurses recommended them for long shifts and extended use.

I’ve never thought it’s possible to buy New Balance for 27 dollars, but here it is. The staff is helpful. They not only try to sell you something, but also honestly answer whether it’s a good option or not. One of the best shops in the Premium Outlet

Fabulous staff and service. Landon, the salesman, took time to measure my sons foot and then pulled a half dozen pairs in his size so he could try different styles. Definitely went the extra mile and made shoe shopping a great experience!
