I recently visited a New Balance store and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service and inviting atmosphere. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed, and the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable.

Very nice/helpful staff, great selection and good prices. Love the "buy one, get the second half price".

My partner and I visit this store frequently, and we are always satisfied with the service! Plenty of selection in the clearance if that's what you're visiting for, and the store wide deals always provide huge savings on newer pairs of shoes or apparel.

Went in to the store today not sure what I was looking for exactly but I had a style and specific colors in mind. Becca came over to ask if we needed help and she help me look for a similar shoe to the ones I was looking at that I really liked for and for a very good price!
