New Balance Factory Store Riverhead

I had an excellent shopping experience at the New Balance Factory Store in Riverhead. The store offers a wide range of high-quality athletic footwear and apparel at affordable prices. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also friendly, providing excellent customer service.

I was greeted the second the door closed I was greeted by a young lady. She welcomed me and asked if I needed help. I told her I was there for a 2xl black track suit. In less than 5 minutes she had both top and bottom at the register. As an added bonus both pieces were on sale 30% off! Well done New Balance!!

Upon entry we were greeted. Nice clean store. Lots of clearance reasonable prices depending on your style. Kayla took care of us and our 1million questions. I had friends over from Brooklyn and we were all (4 of us) looking for sneakers. Very helpful we asked her so much and she was willing ready and able to help.

This is truly an outlet store, unlike some other stores here in the Tangier outlets. The prices are excellent and they had a buy 1 get one 50% off their already discounted prices. I wear a size 11 so it’s difficult for me to find shoes that are comfortable and in my size.
