Destiny! …( I hope I remembered her name) I generally buy my new balance shoes (1540 v3) on Amazon. However, the service in store was so phenomenal that I chose to wait a little longer. My shoe in size was not in stock. However, she was able to track it down, order it and had it shipped directly to my house.
The staff was super friendly, attentive and eager to help. Danielle, Piltey, Richie and Ishmael went above and beyond running in circles to make sure I found the perfect pair of shoes and the accessories to go with them. New balance customer service is on par with chic fila if not better!

I don't really know Francesca's position but that lady is so patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Give her a raise. She genuinely loves her job. She repeated information I forgot several times. She walked me through what I needed. She didn't look annoyed. She seems to care about her customers goals.
