New Balance Factory Store Orlando

I went in not sure I'd actually buy a pair, but wanting to try on some styles since they had so many and I was kind of confused. My sales associate was Lily and she was fantastic. I tried on like half the store and wasn't able to find something I liked the look of in my size that was comfortable for my foot issues.

Great Customer Service Team at this location I drive 1 hour to get my shoes, I went Today . And Yajaira took her time to help me like always Great Service and María was very helpful and nice . I finished getting 6 pares of sneakers. .. 100 % Recommended this Staff

The store was organized and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend working with Anita if you can. She took her time helping 3 of us with shoes and making sure they fit properly. She was so knowledgeable and really lovely to chat with.
