New Balance Factory Store Ontario Mills

A true factory store, this place is hidden among industrial buildings rather than part of any mall or shopping complex. The staff is eager to help. Was pretty busy on a Summer Saturday. Deals better than a Footlocker but not blow you away good.

I have never been to this outlet store, nor did I know it existed before yesterday. A relative mentioned it and said to check it out. I have never worn, owned or shopped for New Balance shoes before and the same goes for my husband and kids.

VERY helpful staff. They know their product. Be sure to ask for help when selecting shoes there! They can guide you to the type that will be best for you, cause there are many to choose from!

This is my favorite shoe store right now. This location has the best variety for me. The selection on grade school shoes is why I really come. I buy my daughters shows here. A few times I found shows for her for like $20 - $30. I think last year I bought my kid like 8 shoes.
