New Balance Factory Store North Conway

An uncommonly great retail experience. I went to New Balance to help my father find shoes. He has feet that are hard to fit. Amy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

Ian was very helpful informing me of witch shoes were best for my running style and helped me a lot. He is very knowledgeable about shoes and did research on a competitor's shoe so that I would buy the right one. Thank you Ian for your honesty and time today, April 17th. The staff we very friendly and attentive. The selection is good, and New balance are good sneakers kids with wider feet. The prices are better than retail. The store is smaller and it can get very crowded during tourist season, but we we're lucky and there were only a few people shopping.

Found what I was looking for. Decent prices and the sales staff was helpful which was nice because I have trouble finding shoes that fit me correctly. And I was able to find two pairs that have worked for me in record time. I definitely will return to the store the next time I need sneakers.

I found my replacement sneakers. The price was very good. The staff knows their products and are very gracious. They were interested in whether the product you were looking for was the best product for your specific need. They looked comfortable in what they do.
