I had a great experience at the New Balance Factory Store in Myrtle Beach North thanks to Lyle. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process of buying new sneakers.

I did some research about shoes that help with knee pain. New Balance shoes were highly talked about. I went to the NB store in tanger outlets on the north end. I ran into Chris in the store and he was very helpful. He discussed different designs and told me the differences in the shoes.

I walked into this store a little overwhelmed. Unsure of what I was looking for . Usually there is no one there to help you . But there was this sales guy there named Lyle who was just so incredibly helpful. He was so knowledgeable about all the different products in the store .

Lyle was the absolute best! He helped me find the perfect golf shoes to give as a gift to my boyfriend, and when they were not in stock at the store he assisted me in ordering them directly to the house! Talk about going above and beyond! He was super personable and relatable!
