Extremely rude and loud assistant manager. I am surprised that New Balance is hiring flea market type people. Utterly incompetent and inconsistent with buying policy.

Excellent customer service! Alexis was friendly and extremely helpful. The store didn't have what I came in looking for today, but Alexis offered to see if she could order it for me.

There was a large variety of shoes and wide selection. They have frequent sales and discounts as well as online ordering and pickup. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a specific style or model of shoe I recommend ordering online to make sure it's in stock.

Extremely helpful staff, did not hesitate to come help me with shoes (which I know very little about) and helped me find a pair for my nephew, thank you NB Livermore! I always come here instead of to other shoe places and new balance stores because of how friendly everyone is!

Returned my shoes I bought a month ago. Piece came unglued in the sole of the shoe revealing a secret serial number underneath. I've worn dozens of New Balance shoes since 1993 when my dad bought me my first pair. Even then they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn... even more so than my Reebok pumps lol...
