New Balance Factory Store

I'm a person who doesn't like to be approached when it comes to shopping. It was no difference when I came to this store. I wanted to get in and out quick, especially at the outlet store. However, the impression the staff left me had changed my views on salesman and how my shopping experience can be different.

My experience here was phenomenal. All the staff are very kind, super knowledgeable, and very helpful. Eddin was an incredible help to me. Thank you!

Flo and a few other employees (one had a pair of Rose 9060’s and another was a beared individual, didn’t catch their names) were incredibly helpful. They assisted me in ordering some shoes for me and some siblings. Tip: if you’re not finding what you’re looking for in the store, they can help you order shoes online.

Gabby here was super helpful and amazing in helping me find the right size of a New Balance shoe. I have not worn a New Balance shoe in two decades. I got the right pair that she recommended based on her experience and was able to find the right size shirt for me there that was not up front.
