New Balance Factory Store Hilton Head

New Balance shoes some at discounted prices. I wear 993's and they were full price. Not all sizes available all of the time. Other shoes were discounted 40% when I was there.

I recently visited the New Balance store and had an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered great recommendations.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Only looked like 2 people were working the floor at the time of my visit so I ended up waiting at the cash desk for a few minutes as well as having to reach high up to get my shoe size. Best experience I have had at the outlets so far though!

Taylor at the New Balance Factory Store is amazing. We’ve been to the store a number of times since we’ve been in Hilton Head. Twice we’ve been assisted by Taylor and she is so helpful and professional. We are starting pickleball and she helped 3 of us get the right sneakers at a good price.

Very friendly staff! Helpful and informative. I appreciated that they let me take my time and shop. I wanted to ensure fit was right and a kind worker checked the size. Good selection and store is clean and organized well.
