New Balance Factory Store Concord Mills

Had a great experience at this location! Kaylee got me squared away with a great deal on a fresh pair of 515s and I couldn’t be happier!

Wonderful selection of shoes, clean store & , organized. I initially came in looking for shoes for my retail job. Josh greeted me as soon as I came in the store & was very helpful & knowledgeable about the selections. He “hand-selected” a pair, talked to me about them, & laced the shoes up for me. Checkout was quick.

This New Balance store in Concord Mills in Charlotte was a great experience. From the layout of the store to the wide collection to the superior customer service—this store had it all. We got 3 pairs of shoes and there was a discount going on for most items, so the prices were quite fair too.

Shawn was super helpful in finding our daughter two pairs of shoes at a great price and also locking in the first responder discount.

I went into the New Balance store looking for a shoe that would give me added support and comfort due to a plantar fasciitis flare up I had been experiencing. The customer service was amazing!!
