The employees at the Citadel New Balance store were so knowledgeable and helpful when my husband and I were shopping there the other day. Adolfo and Natalie were able to point us to the right shoes for our needs at a great price.
Sergio was amazing! I came in last week to help my mom buy work shoes (she is a grocery worker) and Sergio went above and beyond to help her find the right shoe and sole insert for her needs! He was so patient, knowledgeable, and he was even on his knees helping with the boxes and swapping out the insoles!
Staff person Adolfo was very kind and attentive – even though I came in closer to closing. He was able to help me double check size availability and ship the shoe I wanted to my home without a problem. 5/5 experience. Thank you man!
