New Balance Factory Store Cincinnati

We have bought 4 pairs of New Balance in the past 2 months at this location. Always great prices and wonderful service. Ryan Miller helped me out big time with a purchase a few days ago so that we didn't have to make the one-hour drive to Cincy. I'd give Ryan Miller and his store 10 stars if I could.

Had purchase two pairs of shoes online both did not fit . I wear a brace on one foot so shoe had to fit over the brace. The manager found correct size and also made the other shoe fit great. Sho size was bigger than other foot . Great experience and customer service.

Great experience. Nick was very helpful, wouldn’t have purchased a pair of shoe without him informing me of the store discount. Solid selection and the prices were very affordable

Isaiah gave us EXCELLENT customer service, the best I’ve had in a long time. He was there to answer all of my questions(and I had so many lol) about every single pair of shoe that I wanted to try on. He was patient, kind and so knowledgeable.
