New Balance Factory Store Charlotte

I had an outstanding experience at New Balance Factory store. I entered and Jerry greeted me and asked how he could help me. He took me to my size and pulled out all the 7.5 wide shoes in the color I wanted.

Store was very clean. Well organized. Clerks were somewhat helpful. A little more worried about watching the customers then helping. But I guess that goes with the times we live in. I understand.

The staff at this location are great. They always greet everyone when they come in the store. They are very knowledgeable about their shoes and always willing to help.

I would only have one complainant against this store, in that it is a little tight between the aisles and when trying on shoes. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly. The selection is good. I was actually able to find a pair of shoes for my oddly sized feet. The kids also were able to find a. pair.
