New Balance Factory Store Centralia

The only shoes I can wear because neuropathy. I got new insoles there also. Very helpful staff. I'll be back. Well I did come back and got even better customer service then before. Salesperson took me right to shoes that would help my hurting feet. I immediately realized I had waited too long for new shoes.

Bought four pairs of 1080s that needed to be shipped to my house. First three came in a timely manner but the last pair did not come for almost over a month. Had the tracking number, called Amber at the New Balance store in Centralia and she quickly got on it!

I had a great experience on 12/11/24 at the Centralia NB outlet store. Francisco & Robert helped me find the shoes I was looking for as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter at an amazingly low price. They helped in a friendly & thorough way & are part of what I call my Christmas miracle!

I have wide feet, so it can be very difficult to find shoes that fit. This outlet had very comfortable, wide shoes at a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful, too. When they didn’t have the colors i wanted in stock, they were able to order pairs for me at no extra charge.
