New Balance Factory Store Camarillo

This store sucks. The “clearance” section is full of regular priced shoes. Their “sale” items are like $10 off retail.

Newer customer to the New Balance store in the outlets and couldn't be happier with the customer service boh times I've been there. I originally called and Rudy helped in the busiest of times (holiday season) look up a shoe I planned on getting as a gift in early December.

I visited New Balance in Camarillo last week to return a pair of shoes. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping me return the shoes and choosing whether or not I wanted to exchange or get my money back.

Very good quality shoes to wear. Has great prices over on certain times like black friday and summer time. There is not that many of clothes here. If you are looking for shoes and then come here for it.

Lalo aka Eduardo is so very helpful. He suggested my new balance shoes for fast walking. They are perfect. this is the 2nd time he helped me. So professional!! .... Thanks Lalo!!
